Getting Started

How do I start ordering on SnappyFly?

You may begin your fuss-free and instant professional product photography experience by clicking on the “Order” link on the menu bar.

What kind of products does SnappyFly accept?

We generally accept products that are more regular and firmed in shape. Please refer to the exhaustive list that shows what kind of products SnappyFly accepts.

Are there any restrictions on the product’s dimensions?

From as small as a ring, to as huge as a human being! However, if you are unsure if your product fits, do drop us an email at clarification.

What falls under Jewellery & Accessories?

Rings, Watches, Earrings, Bracelets, Glasses/Sunglasses and Necklaces are some of the examples! If you are unsure, do drop us an email and we will be happy to clarify it for you.

Pickup & Return of Products

When will my products be picked up?

We will contact you within 1 working day of receiving your order to arrange for pick-up of your products. If slots are available, your products may be picked up on the same or next day.

When will my products be returned?

After your have paid and downloaded your photos, we will contact you on the next working day to arrange for your products to be returned to you.

Will I incur any delivery charges?

No delivery charge will be incurred for orders above with 5 or more products. However, the weight per product should not be than 1kg, or too large of a product, otherwise, there might be additional charges for the delivery. Contact our SnappyFlies to find out more about it!

For orders below 5 products, a fixed charge of SGD 25 will be incurred for the two-way pick-up and return of your products for items under 60cm X 60cm X 60cm in dimension per product. If it is any larger, there will be an additional cost to the delivery fee.

Using SnappyFly

Can I track the progress of my product photography service?

Yes! For registered SnappyFly members, simply log in to your SnappyFly account to track your order.

How do I receive my images?

Once all of the photos have been taken and uploaded, a download link will be sent to your email. Review the images and choose the ones you would love to have. After completing the payment, a zip file with your selected images will be available for download.

When can I review my product images?

After your products have been collected, you may expect to review your images online in as quick as 3 working days. However, this depends on the number of products as well as our schedule at the point of order. If you do have a specific timeline to meet, do indicate it in the Remarks and we’ll let you know if we can meet it.

How long will the photos be available online for me to download?

All download links will be available for 7 days from the time they are sent to you. So log on to your SnappyFly account and download your zip file now!

What file types do you provide?

The images will be available in JPG and TIFF format.

What resolution will my photos be?

All your images will be delivered in 96 dpi. For print purposes, you may download the TIFF format in 2500px X 2500px.

What are the preset dimensions that I can choose from?

To save you the hassle of cropping your images, we offer the following preset dimensions:

1. TIFF (5000pxW x 5000pxH)
2. Custom Size A
3. Custom Size B
4. For EBay use
5. For Qoo10 use

We are the preferred photography partner for Lazada, Qoo10 and MyEuforia, as well as optimized for Zalora, RedMart and Amazon!

If you require the images to be in a customised dimensions, specify them in the order form under Custom Size A / Custom Size B, and we will get it ready for you.

What backgrounds can I choose from?

We provide images on pure white background only.

I have some special requests on how the photo should be taken. Will there be extra charges?

Depending on the requests, you may be charged extra. Special requests must be stated before confirming your order. Any edits and/or retaking requests after the photographs have been taken will be considered as a separate order.

If the photographs did not turn out to be of my preference, can I reject all of it and not pay?

A minimum of 1 image per product has to be chosen. You will only be charged for the cost of 1 image per product, and the delivery fee (if any). However, if the mistake is on our part, we will gladly retake it for you.

Can you design sets for shooting our products?

Unfortunately, we currently do not provide this service. All images will be taken in a white room without any props and specially designed sets.

Can SnappyFly do outdoor or on-location shoots?

Unfortunately, we can’t. To keep the process fast and affordable, our SnappyFlies adopt an efficient workflow to ensure that all photos are shot and processed quickly and efficiently. This involves technology that is only available in our studio. As such, we are unable to have them done in alternative locations as yet.

Can I sit in for the shoot?

Unfortunately, because of the nature of how we conduct the shoot, it is hard for us to determine when we will be shooting your products. We also have a strict timeline to follow, and we do not want our photographers to be affected to produce the best quality! Hence, we can’t have you sitting in for the shoot.

What happens if I accidentally lose or delete the photographs?

Do not fret, send us your order number at and we will resend the download link to your email! Remember to download your zip files within 7 days!

How do I change my password?

After you have logged in to your account, click on “Edit Profile” on the top right corner page. You can enter your new password and save the profile to change your password.

I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the Login Page and enter your registered email address. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.


When do I need to make payment?

You only need to make payment after we have completed the photoshoot. You’ll be notified via email once the photos are ready for your review. You will proceed to make payment based on the photos you selected during the review process. No payment is required before we complete the shoot.

Where do I make payment?

Log in to your account and select your order from My Orders page. Review your photos and select at least one completed product photograph for each product. Once you’ve selected your preferred images for download, you may proceed to make an online payment with your credit card or PayPal account.
